Michael Giacchino

Prolific composer Michael Giacchino (born October 10, 1967, Riverside Township, NJ) has created music for more than 100 film and TV projects, including Alias (2001), Lost (2005), Cloverfield (2008), Ratatouille (2007), Up (2009), Star Trek (2009), Rogue One (2016), Zootopia (2016), Coco (2017), Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) and multiple films in the Planet of the Apes reboot. He also wrote music for the videogame series Medal of Honor and Call of Duty and has worked frequently with J.J. Abrams, Pixar and Matt Reeves. As a director, Giacchino’s credits include the short Monster Challenge (2018), and the B&W Werewolf By Night (2022) for Marvel-Disney.
