Spring Byington
Spring Byington (born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, October 17, 1886, died September 7, 1971), a theater actress, acted in movies like Little Women (1933) directed by George Cukor from the 1868 novel by Louisa May Alcott, with Katharine Hepburn, You Can’t Take It With You (1938) by Frank Capra, Meet John Doe (1941) by Frank Capra with Gary Cooper and Barbara Stanwyck, Louisa (1950) with Ronald Reagan. On television she played the title role in the sitcom December Bride (1954-1959).
