Fashion captured fun - and flowing gowns. .

Halfway through the Cannes premier of Crimes of the Future, dozens of people walked out. At the end of the screening, the movie received a seven-minute standing ovation.

Will David Cronenberg finally win the Palme d'Or? This is the director's seventh attempt and he certainly brought along star power for his latest film: Viggo Mortensen, Léa Seydoux and Kristen Stewart were on hand to help promote it. HFPA-journalist Aniko Navai recorded it all.

Ruben Östlund has created another absurd dark comedy in which the über rich are puking and getting puked on onboard a luxury yacht. It is a satire on class and the superficiality of the fashion and influencer cultures.

After many great performances -  his spectacular tour de force in Goodfellas, among many  - Ray Liotta finally landed on the Croisette, with the cast and director of Killing Them Softly, in competition in 2012: Brad Pitt, Richard Jenkins, Scoot McNairy, Ben Mendelsohn, James Gandolfini, Andrew Dominik. Three years later he would go back to Cannes, but this time for the MIPTV, the international market for TV and streamer content, with the miniseries Texas Rising.

Armageddon Time stars Golden Globe-winning actors Anne Hathaway, Anthony Hopkins, and Jeremy Strong. The drama is set in New York in the 80s.

Golden Globe nominee George Miller is an original. For the past fifty years, the Australian filmmaker has taken audiences on astonishing explorations, from apocalyptic turmoil (Mad Max) to dark fantasy (The Witches of Eastwick) to sentimental humanity (Babe).

Come rain or shine was the motto for the press waiting to get into Cannes favorite Park Chan-wook's competition film. They braved the weather for the three-hour long romantic murder mystery.

After announcing their sponsorship of The American Pavilion, the center of business and hospitality for the American film community at this year’s 75th Cannes Film Festival, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) launched its first panel on May 23rd: “Cannes First Time: Conversation” with the new voices of Cannes. Moderated by HFPA member and award-winning journalist KJ Matthews, the panel featured three new talents talking about their first time on the Croisette as filmmakers.
