As part of the special events to celebrate this year’s 75th anniversary of the Golden Globes, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association is hosting a special panel entitled Golden Globe-Winning TV Game Changers. As the first Hollywood group to recognize both film and television, the HFPA was early to embrace the “new medium” back in 1962, when the first award went to the Dick Powell Show.

Gillian Jacobs is back as Mickey in Netflix’s second season of Love - the binge-worthy comedy series currently available on the streaming platform. The 34-year-old actress known for her roles on Community and Girls portrays the stunning, naturally beautiful talk-radio producer Mickey, who suffers from sex, love and alcohol addiction.

ER still remains the longest-running medical drama in TV history, lasting 15 seasons and 331 episodes, but Golden Globe-winning drama Grey’s Anatomy is fast closing in on that record. Now in its 13th season, the show created by Shonda Rhimes has already been renewed for a 14th season and is expected to cross that Guinness Book of Records milestone in late 2018.
