Flying into blockbuster season like the fierce warrior she was trained to be, Wonder Woman has impressed critics and been hailed as no less than summer’s savior – not to mention credited with shattering the superhero glass ceiling. That is a lot of weight on one woman’s shoulders, but not a problem if that woman is Gal Gadot, the Israeli actress whose resume includes a two-year stint in the army, a Miss Israel title, a modeling portfolio and Hollywood credits in the Fast & Furious and Batman v Superman franchises. Oh yeah, she’s also the mother of two girls and shot part of Wonder Woman pregnant. Here’s what she told the HFPA’s Scott Orlin.
