Irena Kaciałovič is a Belarusian film critic, cultural observer and journalist, as well as a FIPRESCI member. She is a co-founder and one of the organizers of the Belarusian film critics award Red Heather, a co-founder of the Belarusian Independent Film Academy. She has been an editor and host of the culture program at the Belsat TV Channel. Irena has served as a jury member at film festivals in Belarus, Germany, Croatia, Poland.
