Laysa Zanetti is a journalist and critic. In more than 10 years of experience writing about the entertainment business, she has worked as a critic and reporter for great Brazilian outlets. She started her career as an intern at AdoroCinema, where she later became a movie and TV critic, while also covering festivals (like Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival and São Paulo International Film Festival), comic-cons and the awards season. Later, she worked as a reporter at UOL, one of the biggest news outlets in the country, and as entertainment editor at Terra, where she also continued acting as a movie and TV critic. Laysa also created the newsletter Guerra do Streaming, which she ran for 2 years during 2020 and 2022, covering the major developments in the streaming business.

Currently, Laysa works as an independent journalist. She contributes occasionally to vehicles like O Estado de São Paulo and runs a weekly column at Peliplat, a community for movie and TV lovers. She also creates content for her social media profiles, reviewing the newest releases and creating conversation around them.
