The Hollywood Foreign Press Association® (HFPA) announced today that five-time Golden Globe® nominee and one-time winner Ryan Murphy will receive the fourth Carol Burnett Award. Murphy will accept the honor at the 80th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony on Tuesday, Jan.

Harvest Moon director and star Amarsaikhan Baljinnyam – one of the highest profile actors in Mongolia – is better known for tough guy roles in the Trapped Abroad action franchise and as the first Mongolian actor to breakthrough in Hollywood in the Netflix series Marco Polo, as Kublai Khan’s brother, Ariq Böke. In his directorial debut, Harvest Moon he takes on the biggest challenge of all, playing an everyday character, Tulgaa, who works as a mild-mannered chef in Ulaanbaatar when he faces a dilemma in his life.

In the Israeli film Cinema Sabaya, eight women – all Arab and Jewish – take part in a video workshop hosted by a young Tel Aviv film director, Rona (Dana Ivgy), who teaches them how to document their lives. With each raw homemade film shot by the women and shared with the others, the group dynamic forces them to challenge their views and beliefs as they get to know each other and themselves better.
