Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Theo Kingma and his team have assembled a star-studded line-up of former Golden Globe winners and nominees to present the awards at this year's ceremony on Sunday. So far they include Amy Adams (Golden Globe Award winner; Five-time Golden Globe Award nominee, including this year for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy), Adrien Brody (Golden Globe Award nominee), Robert Downey, Jr.

China, the world’s fastest growing film and TV market, will allow potentially hundreds of millions of its citizens to watch the Golden Globe awards show next month. The Golden Globes gala on January 11 will be streamed live for the first time on Hunan TV (湖南卫视) in addition to the telecast by network CCTV6 which will more than double the viewership compared to previous years.

17 Animated Motion Pictures have been approved as eligible for 2015 Golden Globe Award consideration. The eligibility rules for the animation category stipulate that movement and characters' performances must be created using a frame-by-frame technique.

The HFPA gained plaudits and publicity for giving away almost $2 million at it's grants dinner last month, but its charity work continues throughout the year, as a recent letter from the Small Wonders Foundation to HFPA president Theo Kingma demonstrates. In it, Small Wonders president Thelma Waxman thanked theHFPA for donating a Golden Globe awards celebrity gift bag to the silent auction at the Foundation's fundraising event, Night of Wonders, held in June.
