Janelle Monáe played with sheers in an inventive way, looking like she stepped out of 1912 with a statement hat and flounced layered skirt, but look closer and note the bodice, shoulders, arms, and train are sheer. We love it. Created by Christian Siriano.

The diamond at the neck, which has been trending for men, but this is fresh for women – a necklace over a high buttoned shirt. Expect to see this look repeated. She covers the whole with an over-the-shoulders jacket making the couture look more casual.
